Conference Room

The Conference Room is spacious, light and inviting. 

It has large windows, providing ample natural light and is fully Air Conditioned.

The Room is positioned perfectly on the first floor at the rear of the property for uninterrupted use.

We offer complimentary Off-Street Parking and discounted Accommodation rates for Conference Delegates.

The room is available to hire from 8am until 5pm 7 days.

Our professional staff are able to organise and manage all aspects to make your function a success.

 

Size and Configuration: 

The Grammar View Conference Room measures 80sqm and can be configured as follows:

Classroom Style – maximum of 20 people

U-shape –  maximum of 20 people

Boardroom – maximum of 15 people

Theatre Style –  maximum of 40 people

 

Conference Room – Hire Charge $195

Hire costs include set up with Table Cloths, Pads and Pens, Water, Mints and Cleaning costs associated.

 

Equipment:

Whiteboard, Screen, Power Leads and Power Packs are supplied Free of Charge.

 

Catering Package $25 per person – provided in the room at the start of the function for self-service:

Beverages – Tea and Coffee station with Urn, Coffee Sachets and Specialty Teas, jugs of Juice.  

Morning Tea – Tray Cake and Biscuits:

Lunch – Sandwiches and Fruit Platter

Afternoon Tea – Scones with Jam and Cream
