The Grammar View Conference Room is light and inviting.  It is fully Air Conditioned and positioned perfectly for uninterrupted use. 

Our professional staff are able to orgnise and manage all aspects to make your function a success.

Size and Configuration: 

The Grammar View Conference Room measures 80sqm and can be configured as follows:

Classroom Style   -  maximum of 30 people

U-shape               -  maximum of 30 people

Boardroom           -  maximum of 20 people

Theatre Style        -  maximum of 50 people

Room Hire cost:

-  $140 per day when function is fully catered or accommodation suites are required;

-  $160 per day when function is partially catered for;

-  $180 per day when room hire only is required.

Hire costs include set up with Table Cloths, Pads and Pens, Water, Mints and Cleaning costs associated.

Equipment:

Whiteboard, Screen, Power Leads and Power Packs are supplied Free of Charge.

Other equipment available:

Data Projector - $80 per day.

Flip Chart - $10 per day.

Polycom Teleconference Equipment - $10 per day.

Use of Bedroom for Facilitator (at rear of Conference Room) - $80 per day.

Wireless Internet access is provided Free of Charge; however, it is not guaranteed due to differences in guest computer technology.

Catering:

Tea and Coffee on Arrival - $2 per person

Includes - Tea and Coffee station set up in the room.

Continuous Tea and Coffee - $7 per person

Includes - Tea and Coffee station set up in the room.

Morning or Afternoon Tea - $7.90 per person

Includes - Option 1:  Cake, Homemade Biscuits, Juice, Tea and Coffee.

             - Option 2:  Fancy Cake, Juice, Tea and Coffee.

Lunch Option 1 - Standard Lunch - $15.50 per person

Includes - Sandwiches, Hot Finger Food (3 varieties), Fruit Platter, Juice, Tea and Coffee.

Lunch Option 2 - Light Buffet Lunch - $15.50 per person

Includes - 1 x Main (eg BBQ Chicken or Quiche), 2 x Salads, Dinner Rolls, Fruit Platter, Juice, Tea and Coffee.

Lunch Option 3 - Plated Lunch - $22.00 per person

Includes - Plated meals (eg Grilled Fish with Salad and Beer Battered Fries), Dinner Rolls, Fruit Platter, Juice, Tea and Coffee

Full Day Catering Packages:

All Day Standard Package $29 per person

Includes - Continuous Tea and Coffee, Morning Tea, Option 1 or Option 2 Lunch, Afternoon Tea 

All Day Deluxe Package - $35.50 per person

Includes - Continuous Tea and Coffee, Morning Tea, Option 3 Lunch, Afternoon Tea.
